Only Male Candidate: The role involves taking complete responsibility of delivering the  project sites to client’s satisfaction. The candidate is expected to look into the application of his knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to describe, organise, oversee and control the various project processes. The subject project is a design and project management assignment, to match standards of international class facilities, to be handed over in a finished condition to client within a stimulated time. It includes the following non-exhaustive items:

·         Detailed project planning and monitoring

·         Detailed resources planning and monitoring

·         Detailed project estimation and monitoring

·         Daily Project Reporting

·         Weekly Project Reporting

·         Man Management

·         Project Closure

·         Project Fire Fighting when required

·         Bill certification of contractors

·         Handle project administration

·         Provide full information to the accounts departments and auditors and assist them in case of difficulty.

·         Coordinate all the activities related to the project.

·         Ensure that all tasks are performed to the fullest of their efficiency.

·         Plan out an organizational structure to bring out ease and flow in tasks.

·         Organise and participate in meetings, discussions, project site visits, workshops and hearings.

·         Lead the team and bring out the best in them.
